Costume: He is almost always seen in neat suits and is usually seen carrying a walking stick when out.


Character Bio: Post Thanos Snap, Bancroft replaced the former Mayor, who was one of the casualties. He was quick to place the blame on the heroes who failed to stop the Mad Titan. As a result, he's enforced a law that requires all heroes, villains and vigilantes (powered or not) to register.
He was responsible for rebuilding the PCU using military trained members instead of the former store security style.
To the public, he appears to be extremely anti-powers, regarding them with disgust if they cross him. Bancroft can be a bit short-tempered when he's not giving public appearances like he always has somewhere better to be.
